Have you ever found yourself asking, Why am I stuck? Why can't I just move on from the past? How do I navigate these big transitions in life? If these questions resonate with you, you're not alone. Life stressors can sometimes feel overwhelming and our past experiences often shape the way we cope, sometimes in ways that no longer serve us.

Therapy offers the opportunity to pause, reflect, and make space for new patterns. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore what’s keeping you stuck, and develop positive coping strategies that support real, lasting change.

With over 20 years of experience in therapeutic and agency settings, I help individuals navigate stressors such as life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting and relationship difficulties. I also have particular experience supporting individuals and families through the grieving process following a loss.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything I do, utilizing mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and trauma-informed therapies based on your needs. My goal is to support you in building confidence, finding balance, and living a life that feels meaningful to you.
